Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a big one. To make the process easier, you’ll find several scheduling options below depending on where you are in your journey.

Free Consultation (15 minutes)
If you’re curious about working together but aren’t quite sure yet, a free consultation is a great place to start. This brief call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.

Intake Session (60 minutes)
Your intake session is the first step in beginning therapy. During this time, we’ll gently explore your story, discuss what’s been weighing on you, and begin identifying goals for support and growth. You’re welcome to ask questions and move at a pace that feels comfortable as we begin creating a space for meaningful change.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions
For current clients, ongoing sessions are where our work continues. These appointments allow us to deepen the therapeutic process, build insight, and support steady progress toward the goals that matter most to you.
Networking & Professional Consultation Calls
If you’re a fellow provider, community partner, or professional interested in connecting, you’re welcome to schedule a brief networking call. I always enjoy building relationships with others who value thoughtful and collaborative care.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a follow-up email within 48 business hours with next steps, including intake paperwork and (if applicable) insurance verification. Please complete all forms prior to your first session so we can make the most of our time together.
