Investment
Beginning therapy is an investment in yourself — your healing, your relationships, and the life you’re creating. My hope is to make the financial side of therapy feel clear and straightforward so you can focus on what matters most: the work we do together.

*For clients located in South Carolina, services are currently offered on a self-pay basis.
In-Network Insurance
Selah Therapy Collective is currently in-network with: Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Optum in addition to participation in select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Insurance coverage varies by plan, including copays, deductibles, and authorized session limits. Benefits will be verified prior to your first appointment whenever possible so there are no surprises.

Self-Pay
Self-pay is available for clients who prefer greater privacy or flexibility, or who do not wish to use insurance.

-
Initial Intake Session: $175
-
Individual Therapy Session: $135
Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards are accepted.
Out of Network
If I am not in-network with your specific insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.
