Selah Therapy Collective
Selah (se-luh) - noun
An intentional pause or break to reflect, take a breath, and step away from the noise.

Selah Therapy Collective was launched out of my own experience with severe
burnout and a deep desire for a pause in the middle of all the noise. For a long time,
I moved through life doing what so many of my clients do: managing every detail, holding space for everyone else, and driving forward even when running on empty.
In ancient Hebrew texts, Selah was a musical direction—an intentional cue indicating a full, deliberate pause. It was a moment built into the song where the music faded so the listener could catch their breath and let the weight of the moment settle before moving forward.
The Story Behind the Name
Eventually, I realized that what I was doing was simply no longer working. It was time to finally allow myself the same space, tenderness, and permission to rest that I was so freely giving to others.
I created Selah Therapy because in a culture that glorifies non-stop output and constant availability, choosing to step back is a radical act. You deserve a dedicated space to put down what you are carrying, process your internal world, and reconnect with yourself on your own terms.
Who I Journey With
I strive to provide a calm, grounded space for high-achievers, the over-functioners, the ones who "always have it together" and are finally looking for a space to put down the weight of holding it all.
My clinical focus includes:
-
Complex Relational Dynamics & People-Pleasing: Unlearning the need to keep the peace, manage others' emotions, and carry invisible family or generational pressures.
-
Perinatal & Motherhood Transitions: Grounded space to process the identity shifts, anxiety, and silent pressures of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
-
Anxiety, Burnout, & Life Shifts: Finding your footing through major life transitions, relational changes, or the heavy exhaustion of unlearning perfectionism and constant productivity.
-
Therapist, & Clinicians: For those who hold space for others- a dedicated space to step out of the provider role and all that you carry for others, and allow yourself space to exhale and be supported.
