Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s weighing on you with the support of a trained professional.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences, current challenges, and goals for growth while building practical tools to support emotional well-being, clarity, and resilience. Therapy is collaborative and paced according to your needs, with a focus on creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.
Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own environment. Telehealth offers flexibility while maintaining the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person services.
I am licensed to provide therapy in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Telehealth services are available to individuals who are physically located within one of these states at the time of each session,

The 15-Minute Consultation: This brief encounter is a wonderful way to test the waters, ask questions, and share a bit about what you are looking for. It is purely informational and not a therapeutic session, but rather an easy way to see if we are a good fit. Please note: While highly recommended if you are unsure, a consultation is not requiredto begin services.

The Initial Intake Appointment: If you have already completed a consultation, or if you feel ready to dive right in and get started, you can book this full 60-minute session. This in-depth appointment allows us to gather essential background information- including your current symptoms, personal history, previous treatments, and broader biopsychosocial factors so we can collaboratively shape a plan for our future sessions.
Please use the calendar below to select a time that works best for you. Once your appointment request is submitted, you’ll receive a follow-up email within 48 business hours outlining your next steps, including your digital intake paperwork and (if applicable) insurance verification.
