Beginning therapy is an investment in yourself — your healing, your relationships, and the life you’re creating. My hope is to make the financial side of therapy feel clear and straightforward so you can focus on what matters most: the work we do together.
In-Network Insurance
We believe in complete financial transparency so you can focus entirely on your wellness. Because mental health coverage varies significantly by individual policy—including specific copays, deductibles, and session limits—we will thoroughly verify your benefits prior to your first appointment whenever possible so there are absolutely no surprises.

Self-Pay
Self-pay is available for clients who prefer greater privacy or flexibility, or who do not wish to use insurance.

Initial Intake Session: $200

Individual Therapy Session: $150
Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards are accepted.
Out of Network
If I am not in-network with your specific insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.
